Job Specifications and Responsibilities:

  • Willing to travel to clients in the Eastern Cape as and when required with stayovers when required.
  • Experience must include advising on retrenchment procedures, disciplinary procedures (misconduct, incapacity) etc, chairing disciplinary enquiries, CCMA / Bargaining Council conciliations and arbitrations (representing members), drafting of contracts of employment, sound knowledge of labour legislation.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be able to sign up new clients and grow the existing client base.
  • Must be fluent in English (spoken and written), Afrikaans (spoken) will be advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Matric. * Valid Driver's License.
  • Must own a reliable vehicle.
  • Relevant Qualifications/ Tertiary Education
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in labour consulting to clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelors (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Similar: 2 years (Required)

Language:

  • English and Afrikaans (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Code 8 or Code 10 (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Required)
